Frances' will is as follows:

BE IT KNOWN that Frances Ann Odgers of Adelaide Road Redruth in the County of Cornwall who at the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at Adelaide Road aforesaid within the District of the County of Cornwall
died on the 3rd day of June 1905
at Adelaide Road aforesaid and a widow and intestate and not possessed of Real Estate leaving Frances Caroline Ivey Odgers, spinster a minor her natural and only next of kin and that Mark Ivy Odgers the lawful grandfather and only next of kin of the said minor has duly renouced her Curation and Guardianship.
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty's High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Bodmin
to James Frederick Penaluna of 36 Jenkins Terrace in Redruth aforesaid miner the Curator or Guardian duly elected of the said minor for her use and benefit until she shall attain the age of 21 years.
Dated the 21st day of August 1906
Gross value of Estate £120 (about £14,700 in today's money)
