BE IT KNOWN that EDWARD ROBERT EYLES of Wayside School Hill Little Sandhurst Berkshire formerly of Sunnyside Longdown Road Sandhurst Berkshire
died on the 24th day of June 1957 at Wayside School Hill aforesaid
AND BE IT FURTHE KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last will and Testament
(a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal
Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice and the Adminstration of all the eestate which by
law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the
aforesaid Courr to LILY ELLEN EMILY DAY of Normandie Hotel Bonne Nuit Bay Jersey Channel Islands married woman niece of deceased the sole Executrix named in the said Will
And it is hereby certified that an Inland Revenue affidavit has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value
of the said estate in Great Britain
(exclusive of what the sold deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a trustee and not beneficially) amounts to
£3334-1-7
and that the net value of the estate amounts to £3049-14-7
And it is further certified that it appears by a receipt signed by an Inland Revenue officer on the said affadavit that
£30-10-3 on account of estate duty and interest on such duty has been paid.

This is the last Will and Testament
of me Edward Robert Eyles
of Sunnyside, Longdown Road, Sandhurst
in the County of Berkshire made this Twenty First
day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and fifty six
I HEREBY revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint
Lily Ellen Emily Day
to be my Executor, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenxes shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto
My niece Lily Ellen Emily Day my silver & china
To Mary Burden of 'Sheringham', Grosvenor Road, Westcliff, my cut glass
To my nephew Jesse James my furniture
All the remainder of my property is to be divided out to one half to my sister Lily May Sexton of Bonne Nuit, Jersey C.I.
one quarter to my nephew Jesse James 'Wyaside', Little Sandhurst, Berkshire
& one quarter to Caroline Burden of 'Sheringham' Grosvenor Road, Westcliffe
