At the time of this census, Ellen lived with her children 'David' (I am assuming this is Diveris), Sam, William, 'Milly' (who I am assuming is Minnie!) and Ellen. Also living or visiting with them is her brother-in-law John who is employed as a jobbing gardner. Ellen's occupation is recorded as 'pedlar'. Matthias is not recorded on this census entry, but neither is Ellen recorded as a widow, so I am assuming that Matthias was elsewhere at this time.
