This is the last Will and Testament
of me Samuel Elias James
of 'Hillside' Sandhurst, Camberley
in the County of Berkshire made this 12th twelfth
day of December in the year of our Lord on thousand nine hundred
and twenty nine
I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my son-in-law
Frederick George Mansbridge
to be my Executor and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my wife Sarah Ann James for her own use and benefit, absolutely and for ever, all my estate and effects, both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever, and of what nature and quality soever.
I hereby appoint my son-in-law Frederick George Mansbridge to be Trustee.
DEATH ON OR AFTER 1st JANUARY 1898.
Will
BE IT KNOWN that Samuel Elias James of Hillside Sandhurst Camberley Berks
died there on 21st day of July 1930
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament
of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Frederick George Mansbridge of Moorland Addiscome Road Crowthorne Berks attendant the sole Executor
named in the said Will
