At the time of this census, Ambrose was an agricultural labourer. The child, George, on this census was Ann's from her marriage to George Remington who had died in 1838. The child, John, could have belonged to either one of them, but they were not together at the time of his birth and I am unable to find a birth entry that fits - a bit of a puzzle this one!
